It helps for employers becasue if they are looking for someone to hire they can see what there experience is there education, goals ect. 2)I am gonna acquire the skill set I need to work in the job i want by finding what I need to work for this job and learn those skills. 3)The field i wanna work in is sports the specfic job I want is to be a sports agent. the reason is becasue I love sports and i wanna get into business so I thought why not do that it was the choice that made best sense to me.
